Ultegra 6700 front deraileur
Ultegra 6700 pedals
FSA SLK carbon crankset (not well reviewed but great price)
Shimano 600 headset (original)
Stem adapter
Forte stem (90 mm for sizing up bike at cheap price)
Forte bars (for sizing up bike at cheap price)
Ultegra "brifters' (brake and shifter levers)
Forte wheels (good cheap wheels to start with)

Been a while since I built up a road bike. Back then the shifters were on the down tube. These brake/shifter things are really strange. Not sure where they go quite yet :-)

Trek 520 - After numerous changes. May 2011.

My Trek 520.

Bars raised with Dimension stem.

Black tape never really struck me, so new Brown gel tape. Would've gone leather but, meh.

Saddle, early b-day gift. Brooks Special in British Racing Green. Looks nice with the copper and the sexy green color. (Green is my favorite color, btw.)

New tires, a gift for Christmas 2010. Schwalbe Marathons with a reflective stripe.

Oh, and Fox platform bmx pedals. Ta-da!

** I never see recent 520's personalized as much as older ones. I can't figure out why. **
